Build-up and execute training programs for developing successors
Set up and analyse the training need (TNA) based on business strategy of company & individual development
Manage all training structure and training resource of company
Be responsible for conducting and delivering key training sessions (product, process, soft skills) for the channel partners and internal staff
Develop training materials/ modules for training partners and internal staff
Put into practice the ideas developed, compiled documentation & training program design
Business training for staff;
Monitor and update the training program, the training content accordingly with the provisions of the laws and regulations of the company;
Managing and operating system content categories (content list) and Library Content training (Training library) for nationwide;
Develop training programs to develop each skill level necessary for Business team
Successful life insurance selling and/or sales management with minimum 5 years of experience, at least 3 years in senior management in Agency distribution
Transferrable skills are most preferred
Working experience in relevant position at foreign companies, a foreign capital enterprise is an advantage
Outstanding verbal, written, multi-tasking and presentation skills.
Leadership and strong management skills.
Very good oral & written English
Excellent inter-personal skills
University degree, preferably in Education, Law, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Insurance.
